Frozen Chicken

Preheat your oven to the desired temperature (usually around 375-400°F or 190-200°C) if you plan to roast the chicken. Alternatively, if you prefer to fry or cook the chicken in a different manner, skip this step.

Remove the chicken from its packaging and pat it dry with paper towels.
